Admission Process

The notification for REAP-2023 will be published in the National and State News Papers as per the schedule attached.

The admission process broadly involves the following four stages:

• Stage I: Online registration
• Stage II: Online Choice filling and locking
• Stage III: Seat Allotment Procedure
• Stage IV: Physical Reporting and Admission in the Campus

Rajasthan Candidates:

Through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP): In the month of May, REAP-2023 coordinator invites online applications through its website. It also includes eligible candidates of Rajasthan domicile including the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for the registration of Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech.). 70% seats in College are available for such candidates.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION:

• The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is a pass with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to “SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/ Non Creamy Layer SBC” of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/ Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
• Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech. / B.E course shall be as under:
  
  • Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Mathematics
  • Any one of the Optional Subjects: (1) Chemistry (2) Bio- technology (3) Computer Science (4) Biology
• AGE LIMIT : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1992 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1987 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education mark sheet / certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Out of Rajasthan Candidates:

Through JEE (Mains) Score: In the month of June, REAP-2023 coordinator invites online applications through its website, from such candidates only who belong to any State other than Rajasthan State to First year of degree engineering courses on the basis of JEE (mains) score. The candidates having zero or negative marks in JEE (Mains) are not being eligible. 15% seats in College are available for such candidates.

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION: Same as that of “Rajasthan Candidates”.
2. AGE LIMIT : Same as that of “Rajasthan Candidates”.

Management Quota (Any state of India):

Rajdhani Campus invites applications for candidates which belongs g to any state of India to First year of B. Tech. courses against management quota seats. 15 % of the total seats in College are reserved as Management Quota seats. The admissions are done on the basis of guidelines laid by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. Application form for admissions to Management Quota seat can be downloaded here.

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION: Same as that of “Rajasthan Candidates”.
2. AGE LIMIT : Same as that of “Rajasthan Candidates”.

We do not accept any donation / capitation for admissions to Management Quota seats.

Direct Admissions (Any state of India):

Rajdhani Campus also invites applications from candidates belonging to any state of India to First year of B. Tech. courses. The admissions are done on the basis of guidelines laid by REAP Coordinator. Direct admissions are done against any vacant seats left after centralized admission process by REAP and are done on the basis of guidelines laid by REAP Coordinator. Candidates from Nepal, Bhutan etc. are also eligible for direct admissions provided that the board of qualifying examination is having equivalence from CBSE, New Delhi.
