One of the important goals for the efforts put up by the students is to get better placed in this era of competition. Training & placement cell helps them make their dreams come true by giving them opportunities in a better way. The RAJDHANI 's Training & Placement services assists in securing suitable jobs.

For this purpose the Institute tries to establish effective contacts with the leading companies across various disciplines for campus placement all over India, a large team of dedicated members of RAJDHANI constantly interacts with the corporate world and helps prepare students for their careers, maintains and performs liaison work between possible employers and the Institute's students.

Placement cell makes all students aware of all off campus and 'walk in vacancies' and options available to them for further studies. The Cell organizes seminars, group discussions, P. Interview rounds, communication skills and body language classes for grooming of students in order to help them to get through the recruitment process.

The institute also liaises with various companies of repute to arrange intensive summer training & R. & D. for the students.

Student Counseling is another responsibility looked after by Placement cell. Besides, the industry specific Career Advisory Board gives guidance on creating a clear career plan, a list of appropriate employers, setting realistic career goals and a planned timetable on professional development for future.
